Abstract
Title should be no more than 15 words (with only the first
letter of each word capitalized).

Authors
names and affiliations. Name of the presenting author
should be underlined.

The
abstract narrative should be no more than 300 words. Use
12 point Times New Roman or Arial font.
-
Type the
name, affiliation, complete address, telephone, fax number
and email for EVERY author listed. Name of the presenting
author should be underlined.

Please
mark your presentation preference for platform, poster or
either.

Abstracts
may be emailed to info@aehs.com

If
submitted by mail, please submit two laser print quality
copies and one disk copy of your abstract.
