We encourage you to submit a manuscript for consideration
for either the Conference Proceedings (not peer reviewed) or
any one of our journals which can be viewed from this web
site. If you plan to submit a manuscript for the proceedings
please follow the manuscript guidelines and submit your
manuscript by July 1, 2001.

are requesting that the Session Moderators play an active
role in organizing the sessions. They will be contacting you
prior to the Congress regarding your oral presentation and
we will need a one-page biography for the moderator of your
session to introduce you.
