Registration
and Information Desk
The registration and
information desk at the Imperial College will be located in
the Mechanical Engineering Concourse Level 2.:
Name
Badges
All delegates, accompanying
persons, and speakers will receive a name badge. This badge
is the official pass and must be worn to obtain entry to all
Congress sessions, meals, and social events.
Passports
and Visas
A valid passport or
certificate of identification is required for entry into the
United Kingdom. Persons not holding an English passport may
also require a visa.

Acknowledgment
of Registration
All registrations will be
acknowledged in writing with confirmation of delegate
requirements according to the completed registration form.
Registrations will be confirmed on receipt of payment.
Registrations received via the web page will be confirmed by
email.
Payment
All prices are in American
dollars ($US). Payment should accompany registration forms,
with checks/bank drafts or purchase orders made payable to 'AEHS'.
Credit cards accepted: Amex, MasterCard, and Visa. Overseas
payments may be made by credit card or bank draft/check in
American dollars. Please print the name and organization on
the back of checks or bank drafts.
Poster
Sessions
Poster sessions consist of a
display of posters, photographs and/or information sheets.
A presenter may give a short
5 -10 minute overview of its contents. During the sessions
scheduled daily, posters covering a range of relevant issues
will be presented.
Insurance
Registration fees do not
include personal travel insurance of any kind. It is
strongly recommended when registering for the Congress and
booking travel, that a travel insurance policy be taken out
to cover loss, cancellation, medical cover etc. for any
reason. The First International Congress on Petroleum
Contaminated Soils, Sediments and Water Organizing Committee
does not take any responsibility for any delegate failing to
insure.
