Presenters are offered a reduced registration fee of
$195.00.

Workshops and lunches may be selected at your expense.

All presenters must register. Please submit your
registration form no later than February 6th
, 2009.

Other Deadlines

Please
submit a brief, one-paragraph
biography by February 6th, 2009.
The biography will be printed in the conference abstract
book and distributed to participants.

If you
have had revisions to your abstract, you have until
February 6th, 2009
to submit a revised abstract. It is not necessary
to re-submit your abstract if you have not had any
revisions. Please email the abstract to

Abstracts will be printed and distributed to participants
in the conference abstract book.
Poster
set-up, display and presentation

Please
plan to set up your poster
on your assigned day,
between the hours of 8:00am and 10:00am.
-
Posters will remain up for that day only.
-
Authors are to be at their poster(s) from 3:00pm-6:00pm
that day, for the “poster session”.
-
Posters are to be taken down (and removed) immediately
following the poster session (i.e. 6:00pm) on that day.
Miscellaneous
AEHS does not publish formal proceedings for
this Conference. However, we encourage you to submit your
manuscript to one of the following journals, to be
considered for publication as a peer-reviewed article:
