Annual Student Competition, Sponsored by
Adventus Americas, Inc.
at the AEHS West Coast Conference
Deadline for entering
student competition:
February 2nd, 2009

During the conference, a committee will
select the two best student presentations.

Both poster and platform presenters are
eligible.
-
Contestants must be entered in the
competition prior to the conference.

Student must be both the
primary author and the presenting author
-
Student must present own work
-
To enter, notify the
Conference Coordinator, Brenna Lockwood
(brenna@aehs.com),
when submitting your abstract (entries accepted any time
prior to February 2nd, 2009)

You will receive an email reply, confirming
that you are entered in the competition, within 3 business
days.

Contestants will be invited to attend the
Wednesday luncheon at the conference, where the winners
will be announced.

The two winners will receive an award of
$500 each.

Proof of student status
in an undergraduate or graduate degree program is required
-
Past winners may not re-enter subsequent year's
competitions.

Please note: The abstract submission deadline of July 11,
2008 does NOT apply for this competition. You may submit
an abstract for consideration anytime prior to February 2nd,
2009
