Shipping and Handling charges
are $7.50 for the first book and $3.95 for each additional
book. For orders shipped outside the U.S., please add
$20.00 shipping and handling for the first book and $15.00
for each additional book. Prices are quoted and payable in
U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
If not fully satisfied with any book,
return the book within 60 days and we’ll refund your full purchase
price. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and return
postage via insured mail is the responsibility of the customer.
