Texas Cleanup Standards for Hydrocarbon Contaminated Soil
Information from the Texas Risk Reduction Program can be found at Title 30, Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 350 or at http://www.tceq.state.tx.us
* The method used must have a method quantitation limit less than the action level. If the action level is less than the method quantitation limit of the most sensitive standard available method, then the quantitation limit of that method becomes the action level. ** The "action level" is the applicable protective concentration level(PCL). The PCL is established for each individual constituent. PCLs are not established for total BTEX, PAHs, or VOCs. PCLs for TPH are based on the specific composition of the TPH.
