Cleanup Standards for Hydrocarbon Contaminated Soil
* All spills over 25 gallons that cannot be
contained and cleaned up within 24 hours. (1) Drinking water resource threatened / Drinking
water resource not threatened. Notes:
1. Groundwater action levels meet state surface water standards as a
minimum and drinking water standards where applicable. 2.
Constituent-specific soil action levels based on RBCA
groundwater-protection anddirect-exposure models. 3. Hawaii RBCA program
can be used to develop more site-specific action levels for Soil. Contact:
